Considering an Acorn Stairlift?
Gamburd Inc has been selling, installing and servicing stairlifts for over 7 years now. We are very often subcontracted by other companies such as Sears and others. Here is an advice on when considering an Acorn Stairlift. So we submitted an inquiry online and a sales person returned our call and went through the standard protocol. They are very consistent and will follow through till the sale is closed or when you tell them you already bought a unit. Knowing the different brands we told them that we are thinking of buying a Bruno Stairlift because they have local presentation and provide quick service. The representative said that Acorn is the leader and has a much more reliable system. So the next question is “how about some local references?” the representative has still not emailed or contacted us. Being a leader in stairlifts in the California Area we get calls for service on Acorn and a lot of customer’s are very disappointed on how long it takes to just get a call back. Gamburd Inc is a dealer for Acorn but will not sell their product because we had nothing but bad experience with them. We have replaced all units that customers had trouble with. Think about the once that purchased it elsewhere or online.
